Terms of use
By using This Week Wedding Planner (the "planner"), run by FocusPlus ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. Contact: support@focusplus.co.in.
What the planner is
A web app that shows wedding tasks counted back from your date, with a budget tracker, a read-only partner link and file backup. A free version is available; the full license unlocks the budget tracker, partner link, and backup & restore.
The full license
- One payment, no subscription. It gives you the full-license features for as long as we operate the planner.
- It is for your personal use and works on up to 3 devices. You can free a device with “Deactivate this device” in the app.
- Do not share, resell or publish your license key. We may disable keys that are shared widely, refunded or charged back.
- Payment, tax and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy as seller of record.
Your data and backups
Your plan is stored only in your browser. You are responsible for keeping backups; clearing browser data or losing your device can erase the plan, and we cannot restore it.
Guidance only
Task timings, budget splits and tips are general suggestions, not professional, legal or financial advice. Check requirements with your venue, vendors and local authorities. Dates and amounts you enter are your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the planner: no attempts to bypass the license, overload or disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
Refunds
See the refund policy: 7 days from purchase.
No warranty; limit of liability
The planner is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed deadlines or vendor costs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update the planner and these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the planner or on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where FocusPlus is established, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
